Sumo Vase, Petit - Coffee
Code 223061
Taking the Japanese sport of sumo as a reference, the Sumo series celebrates the beauty of the body, drawing inspiration from the traditional Japanese sport of sumo to create pointed-foot bases and grand vase bodies.
Every vase has a different mouth design, from the traditional narrow vase opening to double openings and deeply carved pointed mouths.
This series focuses on the contrast between familiar vase shapes and the addition of more artistic, abstract ideas and details, refreshing our view of vase forms with greater attention to bodily detail and abstract artistic vessels that surpass our previous imagination of vase forms.
As it is a natural product glazed by hand, the color may vary slightly, and the form is closer to that of a ceramic piece.
It is therefore marked as not 100% waterproof. We recommend following waterproofing principles in use to maintain the product's color and quality; a waterproof bag for flowers is included.
Designed by Kristian Sofus Hansen and Tommy Hyldahl.
