Hana is inspired by kado, the traditional Japanese art of flower arrangement — Ikebana — which aims to use a small number of flowers, carefully selected and skillfully arranged, to bring life to the blooms. The Hana vase is built around a central ceramic flower frog (also known as a "kenzan"), which can hold flower stems or branches at various angles, making it easy to create the perfect floral display. This frog can be removed to allow for a wider variety of arrangements. Designed by Krøyer-Sætter-Lassen in Copenhagen, available in three sizes and three distinctive colors.
