Styx 是 Fastrez 少數不具功能的作品：亮面與霧面釉交錯的陶瓷體，鑲嵌珍珠母貝。名字取自希臘神話的冥河，形體介於器物與化石之間。它不裝東西、不掛牆，就是放在檯面上被看的一件物。
Styx is one of Fastrez's few pieces with no function: a ceramic body in alternating matte and ultra-glossy glaze, inlaid with mother-of-pearl. Named for the river of the Greek underworld, its form sits between vessel and fossil. It holds nothing and hangs from nothing — it is there to be looked at. Made in Italy.
