Barbier 最好的部分藏在桌面後半：一道由細木條組成的捲門（tambour）可以左右推開，底下是一整排收納格，筆電、線材、文件推進去把門一拉就消失，桌面隨時是乾淨的。桌腳是實木圓棒，前後以一根橫桿相連，站在房間中央也不會看到難看的背面。桌高 85 公分，比一般書桌略高，配 46–50 公分座高的椅子最合手。
The best part of Barbier is behind the desktop: a slatted tambour door slides sideways to reveal a full-width compartment — push the laptop and cables in, pull the door across, and the surface is clear again. Solid round legs with a stretcher, finished front and back. 85 cm high.
