Jason 边桌的关键是「同色不同质」：喇叭状的细脚是粉体烤漆金属、桌面是橡木贴皮，两者刻意上成同一个色号的雾面。平常看是一体成型的单色对象，等阳光斜进来的时候，金属的平滑与木头的纹理才会被照出来——这是这张桌子最有意思的地方。
桌面带一圈立边（总高 3 cm、桌面上方 2 cm），杯子放得住。细高的比例适合塞在单椅或沙发扶手旁边，三个颜色都是低彩度的雾面色。
Jason's trick is same colour, different texture: a powder-coated metal trumpet base and an oak-veneer top finished in the identical matte shade. It reads as one solid object until sunlight rakes across it and the grain appears. The top has a 3 cm raised lip, 2 cm above the surface.
