What kind of brand is FRAMA?

The studio was founded in Copenhagen in 2011 by Niels Strøyer Christophersen. It makes furniture, lighting, kitchen systems, fragrance and body care — too many categories to sum up in a single line. The materials lean raw, the lines stay restrained, and none of it wears thin.

Why does everything feel like it has been there for decades?

The old pharmacy is called St. Pauls Apotek. It stands in the Nyboder district and has been there since 1878; today it is FRAMA's studio and Studio Store. The weathered wooden cabinets and the pharmacist's drawers are all still in place, with the new designs set among them. The brand's most popular line, Apothecary body care, takes its name from exactly that.
