Barbier 最好的部分藏在桌面后半：一道由细木条组成的卷门（tambour）可以左右推开，底下是一整排收纳格，笔电、线材、文档推进去把门一拉就消失，桌面随时是干净的。桌脚是实木圆棒，前后以一根横杆相连，站在房间中央也不会看到难看的背面。桌高 85 公分，比一般书桌略高，配 46–50 公分座高的椅子最合手。
The best part of Barbier is behind the desktop: a slatted tambour door slides sideways to reveal a full-width compartment — push the laptop and cables in, pull the door across, and the surface is clear again. Solid round legs with a stretcher, finished front and back. 85 cm high.
